Hi Jason! Just wanted to extend a thank you for going the extra mile when we purchased our house back in 2011.. My brother and his fiancé recently purchased a house and are going through the same process we did.. However I notice little things like water test must be paid for by them and little things like that that justin and I didn’t have to worry about.. Really shows you go the extra mile for your clients.. I guess we were so new to the home buying that we didn’t even realize all the little things you included! What an awesome experience ..
